Getting your stuff to you & delivery charges:

We deliver to the UK and the USA via the website.

UK:​

 

All delivery times are estimates only.  We aim to deliver orders to you as efficiently as possible; however, we are based in an area where logistics can take a little bit longer & for this reason, we do not offer next-day or similar services.

All orders are personally packed & creatively wrapped with care & heartfelt intention bespoke to the recipient, & are usually processed and dispatched within 3 - 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, either Tracked, Tracked with a Signature required, or Guaranteed. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 days.

Delivery is added at checkout and starts from £5.70.  Delivery for the YourSelf Ponder Cards Boxed Collection starts at £7.70.  Orders valued over £285 are delivered using a Guaranteed Next Day service, starting from £24.95.

USA:

All orders are personally packed & creatively wrapped with care & heartfelt intention bespoke to the recipient, & are usually processed and dispatched within 3 - 7 working days of receipt of your order.​

 

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, International Tracked, PDDP (Post Delivered Duty Paid).  The estimated delivery time is 5 - 10 days.​

 

Delivery is added at checkout and starts at £12.95; all charges include a Customs Handling Fee and applicable USA Tariffs; however, we do not accept any liability for any other taxes, duties, or fees that might become applicable, and advise that you check with your local/destination customs office. The YourSelf Ponder Cards Boxed Collection delivery starts at £20.20.

IMPORTANT:

The recipient email address and mobile phone number are mandatory for deliveries to the USA. However, if you are sending a gift to a recipient for whom these details are unavailable or not captured in full at checkout, your/the sender's email address and mobile phone number will be used.

​

 

 

Due to the bespoke, hand-finished nature of our Services, if we receive a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional time for transit and delivery.

Backordered items will be sent as soon as they become available.

​​

Multiple-item orders may be sent in separate parcels and arrive separately. If this is the case, your 14-day cancellation period begins when you receive the final package.
