Every initiative starts with a blank canvas, followed by deep listening from us and discussions, from which we gain an understanding of your needs, objectives, intentions, challenges, desires and so on.  The next step is for us to produce an outline of suggested creative solutions, bespoke to your requirements, for your consideration and further discussion.

The options may require further development and implementation with our involvement to a greater or lesser degree, or they might be designed for you to undertake internally, or anything beyond or in between.

Essentially, we work with you, prioritising the happiness and wellbeing of all involved.

What constitutes optimal happiness and wellbeing may differ materially from person to person; however, the desire to attain it is universal!

It is easy to get wrapped up in materialistic goals and aspirations, targets, competition and the rest, which often fall short of what is required for optimal happiness and wellbeing.  Why?  Because the focus is topsy-turvy, and it is, in fact, by optimising the happiness and wellbeing of all concerned that the conditions to manifest success are attained and realised.

Sally is an author, illustrator and entrepreneur with decades of practical self-development and transformational experience, including thousands of hours of research and learning covering a wide variety of modalities and approaches.  She has extensive and diverse experience across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, executive roles and functions, including entrepreneurial undertakings, consultancy, "blue chip" and boutique companies, not-for-profit, consumer, retail, manufacturing, business-to-business, venture capital, product development and marketing, alternative health, pharmaceuticals, and more, both nationally and internationally.

Peter's knowledge, expertise and experience are also varied, including coaching, leadership, nutrition, team building, organisation and club representation and supervision, self-development and transformational practise, research and training, in the sectors of education, sport, hospitality and retail... along with animation, illustration and photography.

Georgia's experience, skills and know-how include design, illustration, art, photography, graphics, and many other forms of creative expression and interpretation, as well as web design, nutrition, organisation and planning, retail, hospitality and promotional communication... along with extensive self-development and transformational practice and training.

Perhaps, though, the most vital element Team happistuff brings to the table is their listening skills and their innate ability to stand in another's boots to come to know what is so for them, along with creative and transformative know-how that morphs the unconventional and ethereal into practical, effective and simple solutions; all sprinkled with a little fun!

What are the fees for Just Yours?

Costs vary in line with the creative solution provided, which might be a one-off project, a monthly retainer, a longer-term project broken into relevant stages with regular reviews, or anything in between or beyond.

While open-minded and willing to embrace the unconventional, professionalism, transparency and value for money are non-negotiable, for you and us; optimal happiness and wellbeing are priorities in all aspects of what we do.

Just Yours is a bespoke service with costs calculated on a project-by-project basis, with fees ranging from £1,500 plus VAT and expenses upwards.

Does focusing on individuals mean you don't work with groups?

Accepted Answer

No, it's about perspective: being aware of the needs and values of each individual in any group, acknowledging and meeting those needs while ensuring the group's needs are uncompromised.

Any connection necessarily results in a grouping at some level, whether among friends, colleagues, a business organisation, or anything else, whilst also remaining a collection of individuals. The collectives form an ethos that is not necessarily reflective of, or conducive to, the happiness and wellbeing of every individual who contributes to that collective, and in most cases, the needs of the majority trump those of the individual without whom the collective would not exist in its form.

While it might be true that "you can't make everyone happy" or "you can't please them all", it is also true that everyone deserves to be "happy" or "pleased", and that no individual's happiness and wellbeing is any less important than any other's.

The Just Yours creative solutions are designed to optimise the happiness and wellbeing of all the individuals that comprise any group, as well as the groups themselves.

Can you be more specific about the projects and initiatives you deliver?

Projects may involve adapting space, shifts in communication, tweaks to style and/or expression, physical elements, the development and evolution of the current or something new, pop-up sessions, or bespoke undertakings of aspects of happistuff's product and service offering; incorporating creative approaches and design that explore perspective and perception, to support open-thinking and an expansive mindset from which the intention can be realised.

It is worth mentioning that it is often the smaller, sincere, authentic initiatives that prove the most valuable & appreciated; it’s the little stuff that matters most, giving rise to the biggest smiles.
