How can I unsubscribe?If you wish to no longer receive emails from our services, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. How can I view my happistuff subscriptions?Yes! You can view your subscription details at any time by logging in to your happistuff account on our website. Please click the button to take you to your subscriptions or follow the steps below: Log into your happistuff account. Select "Subscriptions" from the drop down menu by clicking on your icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Here, you will find all the relevant information about your current and previous subscriptions, including subscription type, start and end dates, and billing information. You can also cancel any active subscriptions from this part of your account. How can I edit my saved cards?To edit your cards, simply click the button or follow the steps below: Log into your happistuff account. Select "Payment Methods" from the drop down menu by clicking on your icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Adding a new card Select "Add new card". Type in your card details. Click "Add card". Complete the 2nd-Step Verification if prompted. Your card will now be apart of your saved Payment Methods. Removing a saved card Select the card you wish to remove. Click "Remove Card" from the base of the drop down. You will be prompted to confirm your choice. Click "Yes" to confirm removal of your chosen card. How can I delete my happistuff account?Before contacting the happistuff team to request the deletion of your account, please make sure you have no active subscriptions. You can click the button below to access your subscriptions, or you can view your current subscription status under 'Subscriptions' in your account settings. To have your account deleted, please send an email with your name and login email to you@happistuff.com, and we will take care of the rest. Your account will be permanently deleted upon completion of this process, and all of your data and personal information will be removed from our platform. You should have the ability to control your data, so we want to make the account deletion process as easy and transparent as possible. What is your return policy?To return an item, please email us at you@happistuff.com. For your items to be eligible for return, they must be in the same condition, as new, as when they were sent, in the original packaging, with all original tags, wraps, seals and labels attached, unbroken and unopened. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all return postage and shipping costs, which we will not reimburse. We strongly advise you to mail your return using a trackable and/or signed-for method. Refunds will not include any postage or shipping fees that you paid with your original order. We recommend that you take a photo of your to-be-returned item, as we may request it during the return process. After we have received your return and inspected the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item for the processing of your return. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email.
