While this may sound utopian, with an open mind and a little effort, it is attainable and relatively simple, enjoyable and fun. As you may have heard before, it’s a "journey with no destination"; a dance you practice with guidance and support, that is ultimately yours to create, choreograph and evolve as you desire.

I do have to admit that, yes, it is strictly speaking a misspelling and, yes, this was a reflection of the state of my mind at the time, but it works, and I rather like the way the sound of the “i” laughs as it trips over itself."

Happistuff Ltd was founded and incorporated in Scotland, UK, in May 2015 by Sally O'Leary-Collins.
Qi is life-force; omnipresent, undefinable yet undeniable, and wholly satisfying and uplifting, whether appreciated for a nanosecond or over a longer period.
Sally's reference to Qi in her brief bio on the Team happistuff page is specific to her experience of Qi when conscious, present, aware, or similar, whether in ordinary everyday life or when meditating or undertaking other spiritual, organic, and natural practises.
As an aside: Qi is essential to your happiness and wellbeing, and while omnipresent, it is particularly harmonising when you are conscious of its presence; a rather wonderful discovery, given that the only thing required is your awareness.

Yes! You can view your subscription details at any time by logging in to your happistuff account on our website. Please click the button to take you to your subscriptions, or follow the steps below:
Log in to your happistuff account.
Select "Subscriptions" from the drop-down menu by clicking your icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Here, you will find all the relevant information about your current and previous subscriptions, including subscription type, start and end dates, and billing information. You can also cancel any active subscriptions from this part of your account.
To edit your cards, simply click the button or follow the steps below:

Select "Payment Methods" from the drop-down menu by clicking on your icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Adding a new card
Select "Add new card".
Type in your card details.
Click "Add card".
Complete the 2nd-Step Verification if prompted. Your card will now be a part of your saved Payment Methods.
Removing a saved card
Select the card you wish to remove.
Click "Remove Card" from the base of the drop-down.
You will be prompted to confirm your choice. Click "Yes" to confirm the removal of your chosen card.

Select "Edit" on the address you wish to change.
Once updated, click "Update Address".
Before contacting the happistuff team to request the deletion of your account, please make sure you have no active subscriptions. You can click the button below to access your subscriptions, or you can view your current subscription status under 'Subscriptions' in your account settings.
To have your account deleted, please send an email with your name and login email to you@happistuff.com, and we will take care of the rest. Your account will be permanently deleted upon completion of this process, and all of your data and personal information will be removed from our platform.

Cancellations:
For your items to be eligible for return, they must be in their original packaging, unbroken and unopened, with all original tags, wraps, seals and labels attached, and in the same condition (as new) as when they were sent.
On receipt of your order, you have a 14-day cancellation period during which you can return eligible items at your own cost and risk.
Before returning or cancelling an item, you must email us at you@happistuff.com, including:
(a) Your order number;
(b) The date the order was placed, or the date it was received.
(c) Your full name;
(d) Your full address.
Please note that the original delivery and return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

After we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund and notify you by email when your return has been approved. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item for the processing of your return.
Please note that gifts, bespoke, personalised items, and digital products, including, but not limited to, ePublications and eBooks, cannot be returned.
For Digital products, you will need to waive your cancellation rights via a verification box that will be provided at the point of sale before completing your purchase and downloading the items.

Cancellation of Service Sessions:
Cancellation of in-person, direct, via mobile, electronic means, video and such Service Sessions, including but not limited to Conscious Navigation, requires at least 48 hours' notice. You are required to pay on booking, and have 14 days to cancel and obtain a refund less any cancellation fee due, from your booking or confirmation email, whichever is later, unless the cancellation is made 2 days or less before the booked Service Session, in which case the cancellation period is waived, as the time will have been scheduled, and be difficult to fill at short notice.
You will be notified of any applicable cancellation fees at the time of booking.
