You want to be filled to the brim with self-care, not just for your sake, but for everyone else's, too!
Caring for yourself fully is a priority that will not only lead to your own optimal happiness and wellbeing, but will also help those you connect with do the same.
In looking after yourself, caring for, being kind to, and loving yourself, you are doing a service to those you come in contact with directly or indirectly. Rather than being selfish, self-care is a generous way of being.

You see, in giving yourself the care you need and deserve, you permit others to do the same, and as they become more self-caring, they follow suit. It doesn't take long for caring, kind and loving energy to spread, and for groups and communities to uplift in spirit and well-being. There comes a point when the toxicity of self-hatred, self-criticism, general dislike of others, and so on, is diluted to such an extent that harmony can be restored and maintained.
It is worth noting that it works in reverse if fear and disregard for self-care are left to their own devices. There is a requirement, therefore, for some effort to be applied toward self-care if a net positive effect is to be conjured, as with general daily hygiene, such as washing and brushing your teeth, you have to put in a little effort there way every day to sustain the contribution to your wellbeing.
So, if you want to make a real difference, a positive difference, in and to the world in which you live, and to those you share it with: Be care-full - take real care of yourself, be kind to yourself and love yourself - a lot!
... Transformation is a practice in self-discovery; a deeper understanding of what is leads to increased perspective and insight. The deeper you dive, the more you come to know, and the more liberated your soul. Dive in below for inspiring self-exploration, accompanied by a sprinkling of amusement to uplift your spirit…
