Every Individual YourSelf Ponder Cards order is personally packed & creatively wrapped with care & heartfelt intention, bespoke to the recipient.

 

We encourage you to write a thoughtful message & "gift" your purchase, whether for another or yourself.  Being kind to yourself & coming to like & love yourself is key to optimal happiness & wellbeing.

 

If you are unsure what to write, please type "U" in the box provided & an intuitive scribe from the happistuff team will be deployed on your behalf!

*Gift & *Give:  It is the thought that makes all the difference - whether it's for a friend, relative, acquaintance, or someone else you know well or only a little.  Select your favourites &/or pick a few that feel perfect for the person in mind.  There are 130 YourSelf Ponder Cards across ten Categories - so there are lots to choose from!

 

*Share:  There is something extra special & caring about sharing what is yours with another. Being able to give at the moment without attachment is an empowering act of compassion, & that is in part why we offer the YourSelf Ponder Cards individually, so even if it's a particular favourite you will miss, you can still give with grace & then replace!

 

*Spare:  Whether it is having particular favourites to hand at home & work, in your wallet, under your pillow, while you travel, inside your phone cover, lunch box or glove box, or wanting extra on-hand to pass on to others, or to replenish any you've misplaced - you can buy as many as you wish or need.

The YourSelf Ponder Cards have been created to support you in helping yourself to optimise your happiness & wellbeing; the learning & insight you gain will last your lifetime - in caring for your YourSelf Ponder Cards, you will help extend theirs!  We advise you to:

 

• Avoid bending or getting them wet.
• Store them in dry, damp-free places.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to remove any stickiness or marks gathered through use - allowing them to dry afterwards.

YourSelf Ponder Cards are approx. 90mm x 55 mm each - small enough to fit in a wallet, big enough to read.

United Kingdom

We deliver to all areas of the UK via the website.  We do not currently ship any physical products internationally.

 

All delivery time estimates are approximate & may vary.  We aim to deliver orders to you as efficiently as possible; however, we are based in an area where logistics can take a little bit longer (as you might be too) & for this reason, we do not offer next-day or similar services.

 

All orders are personally packed & creatively wrapped with care & heartfelt intention bespoke to the recipient, & are usually processed and dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

 

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail - tracked or tracked with signature required.

 

Delivery is added at checkout and starts from £4.25.  For Individual YourSelf Ponder Cards orders of 4 Cards or fewer, delivery is £5.25, reducing to £4.25 for 5 Cards or more.  The YourSelf Ponder Cards Boxed Collection delivery starts at £7.15.  Orders valued over £285 are delivered using a Guaranteed Next Day service, starting from £23.00.  

 

Due to the bespoke, hand-finished nature of our Services, if we receive a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow for additional time for transit and delivery.

 

Backordered items will be sent as soon as they become available.

 

Multiple-item orders may be dispatched in separate parcels and delivered separately; your 14-day cancellation period starts when you receive the final parcel.

Product colours & alignment may vary from the image on your screen.

PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

 

Cancellations:

 

For your items to be eligible for return, they must be in their original packaging, unbroken and unopened, with all original tags, wraps, seals and labels attached, and in the same condition (as new) as when they were sent.

 

On receipt of your order, you have a 14-day cancellation period during which you can return eligible items at your own cost and risk.

 

Before returning or cancelling an item, you must email us at you@happistuff.com, including:

 

(a)   Your order number;

(b)   The date the order was placed, or the date it was received.

(c)   Your full name;

(d)   Your full address.

 

Please note that the original delivery and return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

 

We recommend you mail your return using a trackable and/or signed-for service.

After we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund and notify you by email when your return has been approved.  Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item for the processing of your return.

 

Please note that gifts, bespoke, personalised items, and digital products, including, but not limited to, ePublications and eBooks, cannot be returned.

 

For Digital products, you will need to waive your cancellation rights via a verification box that will be provided at the point of sale before completing your purchase and downloading the items.

 

 

Damaged or defective items:

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must take photos immediately and send them to us via email at you@happistuff.com within 24 hours. We will contact you on our next working day, or as soon as possible, to arrange a replacement or refund.
